INGREDIENTS:
250gm CHICKEN BREAST
1 TBSP VINEGAR
1 TSP GARLIC
1 TSP GINGER
½ TEASPOON GREEN CHILLI
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
½ TEASPOON SALT
MIX WELL
MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR
½ CUP CHOPPED ONION
2 TBSP CORIANDER
1 TSP RED CHILLI
½ TSP CUMIN POWDER
½ TSP GARAM MASALA
½ TSP CHAAT MASALA
½ TSP TURMERIC
¼ TSP BAKING SODA
½ CUP GRAM FLOUR
¼ CUP RICE FLOUR
MIX
¼ CUP WATER
MIX WELL
MIX THE CHICKEN
MIX WELL TOGETHER
2 CUP OIL & HEAT UP
FRY IT IN LOW MID. HEAT
REPEAT THE PROCESS
CRISPY CHICKEN PAKORA IS READY
