Recipe for 04 members-

Ingredient –
250grm boneless chicken
1 Egg
1 tbsp corn flour powder
½ tbsp all purpose flour powder
1+1 garlic and ginger paste
1 tsp Salt,

1 Big Onions
1- Big Green capsicum
1- Big Red capsicum
1- Big Tomato
4- Green Chilies and Coriander Leaf
Slices of garlic and gingers
Oil for frying and 2 tsp oil for chili chicken

For sauce
1 tbsp corn flour powder
½ tsp Salt,
2 tsp Green Chili sauce,
2 tsp red chili sauce,
2 tsp tomato sauce or ketchup or puree,
2 tsp vinegar,
2 tsp soya sauce,
1 tsp red chili, black pepper or chili flax are optional for taste
1 Cup Water

Preparation methods-
* First take bowl add boneless chicken, corn flour powder, all purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, oil and mix well and keep it for 40 minutes for marinate.

** Second take bowl add corn flour powder, all purpose flour, black pepper powder, salt, chili flakes, red and green chili sauce, tomato ketchup, water, vinegar and mix well for sauce.

*** Third take a kadai and put Oil for deep frying to marinate boneless chicken on medium flame and fry to chicken.

**** Forth take a kadai and put in oil and after heatup the oil put the ginger and garlic slice and then add all the onions, capsicum, tomato, green chili and fry it on high flame and after 1 minute add the sauce and mix well then sauce become thick then add all the fry boneless chicken and mix well in sauce and wait for 5 minute for become juicy on medium flame.

FINALLY take a bowl and put the ""KRISPY AND SPICY CHILI CHICKEN"" and garnish with Coriander Leaf and take enjoy as starter.

TIPS-
**add spices as your requirements.
**add sauces as your requirements.
**boneless chicken pieces should not be big.
**chicken pieces should be boneless or with bone both are testy.
