Turning plastic bottles into public toilets

In Uganda, many people don't have easy access to toilets. This leaves them with two options: go outside or use plastic bags, both of which cause diseases to spread. But luckily, Patrick came up with a solution that not only creates eco-friendly toilets but also employees people who otherwise wouldn't have a job.
