FtS 03-04: Brazil: Mining company executive resigns after dam colapse

From the South: The Chief Executive of the Brazilian mining company Vale has stepped down after a dam collapse that left nearly 200 people killed, and over 120 missing. And in Colombia, a Human Rights delegation has warned of ongoing and worsening violations, result of the increased paramilitary presence, drug trafficking and impunity.
