As of now, Congress decides to go it alone in 2017 UP polls

After putting up a good show in the Bihar Polls. Congress now is planning to contest the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Polls alone. The decision was taken in a meeting of the Congress working committee. Where the notion of contesting in an alliance was outrightly rejected. Now the question arises, Whether this is a pressure tactic or a final call by the Congress.
