Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley questions Supreme Court NJAC verdict

Days after the Supreme Court turned down the National Judicial Appointments Commission law, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has spoken out expressing disappointment about the decision. Terming as erroneous logic Supreme Court's reasoning for striking down NJAC Act, Finance Minister said that Indian democracy cannot be a tyranny of the unelected.
