The row over the One Rank One Pension Scheme has a new twist and the ex servicemen have offered a face saver to the government. After a marathon meeting with the Army Chief, ex servicemen has made a counter offer to the government by agreeing to compromise on the annual review clause. The veterans say they are ready to accept a two-yr review but have made it clear that they won't move an inch more. This comes after the ex servicemen had accused the government of shifting goal posts and misleading the country.
