BJP accuses CM Siddu of giving cash to voters; both BJP and Congress file complaint with EC

With little over a month to go for the Karnataka assembly elections, the BJP and the Congress have accused each other of violating the model code of conduct by giving money to woo voters. Karnataka Congress alleges Amit Shah and other leaders handed over a cheque of 5 lakh to family of deceased RSS worker Raju in Mysuru and violated the model code of conduct. BJP too has registered a complaint with EC against Siddaramaiah for giving money to two women who welcomed him with aarthi in Mysuru.
