Centre has threaten to pass law if SC strikes down NJAC

The war between the Government and Judiciary over the NJAC has reached a new low with the government threatening to pass a law if the SC struck down the NJAC. The government has also made it clear that the collegium system has been removed and completely ruled out.
The Supreme court meanwhile retaliated saying that such a move would lead to a 'constitutional stalemate'.
