Parliament is to Pass Laws: Chidambaram

Amid the mounting clamor for a special session of Parliament, Chidambaram says that Parliament can only meet to pass laws. And that will be possible only after the Justice Verma panel that is, among other things, reviewing the issue of speedier justice gives its report.
