Barely six months after the state government had to embarrassingly capitulate in the Balabrooie guest house controversy, it is back, this time eyeing another heritage property. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah wants a new official residence to be constructed in the beautiful and lush Carlton House property which has the CID headquarters.
