10 of Mumbai ministers while occupying luxurious bungalows have no qualms about using unmetered water supply. While dues are rising but no step has been taken to meter the water supply. Leading the pack is Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis who has 2 bungalows with meters which are out of order. Who will answer for the blatant disregard of rules and more importantly, who will pay for the uninterrupted but unmetered water flowing in these netas' bungalows.
