Survey of India takes Google to court

The Survey of India has found that Google is displaying an incorrect map of India on its different websites, the government today said.
Junior minister Rajyavardhan Rathore said the mapping agency looked into the matter after receiving complaints. He added that displaying incorrect map of India is an offence under the IT Act. The issue has been taken up with different ministries for further action.
