Tension looms large at Khagragah area of Bardhaman close to the Burdwan University's Golapbag campus, where on October 2, two people were killed in a blast while producing bombs.

Police suspect they were part of a Bangladesh-based terror group involved in triggering blasts during the festive season, as bombs and explosives were traced from the house along with pamphlets and leaflets supporting al-Qaida and even Chechen rebels.
