China and India both sides agree for status quo on border

Amid hopes of an upswing in bilateral ties between China and India, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi on Sunday.
He is likely to call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Wang has arrived in India as a special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping to establish political contacts with Modi government.
He is also expected to call on President Pranab Mukherjee and meet the new National Security Advisor Ajit Doval.
