UP DGP says Badaun murders could be honour killing

Three days after the Uttar Pradesh government sent a recommendation to the Centre for a CBI probe into the Badaun rape and murder of two teenage cousins, state DGP AL Banerjee on Saturday turned the narrative so far on its head suggesting the killings might have been triggered by property dispute and family honour.
