Kapil Sibal seeks EC action against Swamy

With the poll battle heating up, Law Minister Kapil Sibal on Wednesday lodged a complaint with the Election Commission against the BJP and its leader Subramanian Swamy.
Accusing Sibal of "wilfully" not disclosing details of companies owned by his wife in his election affidavit, Swamy had on Saturday approached the Election Commission seeking action against the Congress candidate from Chandni Chowk.
Sibal had rejected the charge. He has now urged the EC to file FIR against Swamy for his comments on him and his wife.
