TMC Chief plays dynasty card, fields' nephew Abhishek Banerjee from diamond harbour

Mamata will first go to Pailan to attend a workers conference. All party candidates in South 24-Parganas - including her nephew Abhishek - will be present here. Mamata is then scheduled to leave for North Bengal, attending the first meeting in Itahar at 4pm and Malda at 6pm on Wednesday.

Mamata's week-long pre-poll meetings from Tuesday to Friday will take her to Pailan, Malda, Itahar, Lalbagh, Krishnanagar and Madhyamgram - all potential trouble spots for Trinamool. After the weekend, she will be on a North Bengal tour with meetings scheduled in Gorubathan (March 25) and Naxalbari (March 26).
