Arvind Kejriwal 'power' sop: 50 percent rebate on electricity bills

People in Delhi who refused to pay inflated bills and joined Arvind Kejriwal's campaign against power distribution companies last year will now be rewarded - they will have to pay only half their bills, without any penalty.
"People, who did not pay any electricity bills from October 2012 to April 2013 due to the Satyagraha, will not be charged penalties. They will also get 50% subsidy," said Delhi Minister Manish Sisodia. The move will cost the government six crores.
