The woman lawyer who has accused Justice AK Ganguly of sexually harassing her last December has suggested that she may file a police complaint against him.
The former Supreme Court judge said yesterday that the allegations against him are punishment for his verdicts against "powerful interests." She said today that explanation amounts to an attempt to "escape scrutiny and accountability."
"I request that it be acknowledged that I have the discernment to pursue appropriate proceedings at appropriate times. I ask that my autonomy be respected fully," she said.
