New Delhi: Union Minister Kapil Sibal on Thursday hit out at Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for making tall claims about Gujarat's model of development.

Commenting on the snooping row, Sibal took on BJP leader Aun Jaitley saying that the Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha demanded non-bailable warrant to be issued when he was being snooped upon, but when the Gujarat case came into light, he chose to remain silent.
