Tarun Tejpal case: Protest against Tejpal breaks out in Delhi - NewsX

Up in arms over sexual assault on a female journalist of Tehelka by its founder editor Tarun Tejpal, people in Delhi came onto the streets on Tuesday to protest over the incident.

Earlier on Monday, the victim resigned from the magazine to be "free from any kind of pressure" as its employee while the National Commission for Women (NCW) sought a response from the Mumbai Police on steps it has taken for her security in the wake of her statement that she was being pressurised by Tejpal's family to "protect" him.
