Like BJP leader Meenakshi Lekhi, social activist Madhu Kishwar may attract the ire of the National Commission for Women (NCW), with a Congress-backed students union here accusing the latter of leaking the Tarun Tejpal rape victim's name on Twitter.

National Students Union of India leader Hasiba Amin said that she had filed a complaint with the NCW on Saturday against Kishwar and also the Goa Police for not entertaining her complaint for nearly a week.
