Man shot dead near east Delhi; outside V3S mall, Preet vihar

A man was shot dead in the early hours of Friday outside a mall in East Delhi's Preet Vihar.The incident took place at around 2 a.m. in the morning when the 29-year-old victim Vishal Suri along with his two friends stopped near the V3S mall to eat food.
