Remonitisation war: ATMs either cashless or out of order

ATMs are witnessing heavy rush across the cities. As the banks are closed due to weekend. Cash-strapped consumers started making beeline outside atms from early morning. But with limited success as most of cash vending machines are yet to be recalibrated. Though bankers take a sigh of relief as after very long time they have been given 2 days off but people's suffering sees no end.
