ATMs to go cashless, Banks to remain closed for 5 days

There is a loud alarm ringing for all those who wishes to dig out cash from ATM or has any transaction pending. Festive season has started and almost everybody will need money but you have just today's time to do that as all the banks will remain closed from Oct 21 to Oct 25. So there is great possibility that ATMs might go cashless as well as banking sector will be on a long holiday.
