NewsX: Cabinet note on Telangana released

NewsX accesses Cabinet note on Telangana prepared late last night. According to the note Hyderabad is all set to become Telangana's new capital.
Cabinet is likely to take up the issue at its meeting today. The issue has not been listed in the agenda but might come up for discussion at the last minute. Most of the recommendations made in the CWC resolution have been incorporated in the Cabinet note.
