However, strangely, Narendra Modi remained silent on Muzaffarnagar riot. It's despite BJP holding a bandh in the riot-hit district today; While Modi's speech covered a host of issues from economy to security to uttarakhand tragedy. He refrained from any mention of situation in Uttar Pradesh. Perhaps it's a deliberate omission by Narendra Modi to put forth a secular face.
