Government school washed away into Ganga river in Katihar, Bihar

A government school in Katihar district of Bihar was washed away into the river Ganga, today. Owing to the heavy rain and massive soil erosion on the banks of Ganga, where the school was situated, few days ago the local administration had closed the school declaring it unsafe. The school had 150 students enrolled in it.
