Police today named absconding former Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) chairman Lalkeshwar Prasad Singh and Vishun Roy College principal Amit Kumar alias Bachcha Rai as accused in the Intermediate exam scam case, and battled allegations that the special investigation team (SIT) had allowed Bachcha to escape on Tuesday.
