Mumbai: Mumbai emerge the chain snatching capital. Once considered among the safest metros, Mumbai is slowly slipping down the same path of crime as Delhi.
New statistics show that the financial capital of the country is also its "chain-snatching capital". Half of chain snacher case are not registers. RTI reported the chain snaching total 4650 case in 2010 to 2013, atleast 5 cases registered in every day.
