Mumbai Gangrape Case: First up, in the Mumbai gangrape case both the accused have been remanded to police custody till august 30th they have reportedly confessed to their crime and identified their other accomplices.
Remember, there are various controversies surrounding the age of the second accused who was arrested from a South Mumbai video parlor late last night.
While his family claims that he is a minor, police refuses to buy their claim. They allege that his birth card may be tampered.
Police have formed special teams to hunt for the remaining three alleged perpetrators.
All five accused are said to be local residents and had accosted the 22-year-old photojournalist while she was taking some pictures of the deserted Shakti Mill in Worli on Thursday.
