Indian model Priyanka Kapoor kills herself and leaves suicide note claiming her husband beats her

A woman from New Delhi who killed herself is thought to have left note saying marrying her husband was 'the worst mistake of her life' and that she could no longer take the pain. Priyanka Kapoor Chawla, 25, was found dead by hanging in her South Delhi flat by police after her parents informed the authorities that she might be missing. The aspiring model had married wealthy businessman Nitin Chawla, 35, three months earlier. He was arrested and is suspected of having put pressure on her to get her family to pay him a larger dowry.
