News X: PM must make a statement on Missing file, says Sushma Swaraj

In the Rajya Sabha, BJP's Arun Jaitley cornered the government by asking how it can be so incompetent as to allow crucial files related to a CBI investigation being supervised by the Supreme Court get lost.

Jaitley then charged the govt with willfully destroying the files, which are believed to contain damning evidence against the prime Minister. He was the Coal Minister at the time of the Coal Scam
