After there was uproar in the Parliament on Thursday, July 23 over the Lalit Modi-Sushma Swaraj issue, Congress President Rahul Gandhi hit out at PM Narendra Modi. As a mark of protest Congress Lok Sabha MPs wore black bands and demanded the resignation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
