Union Minister Ram Shankar Katheria issues threat

Union Minister Ram Shankar Katheria is again making threats. In a speech in Agra, the Union Minister said Top Administration officials have assured him the cases slapped against him and his people will be withdrawn. He further adds if the demands are not met within 15 days, he will play 'another' holi - in what is being construed as a threat to violence.
