At a time when the Narendra Modi-led government is facing embarrassment due to Union minister Sadhvi Niranajan Jyoti's controversial remark, another minister of the Modi cabinet is drawing salary from the university without even giving a single lecture. As per a report published in a Hindi daily, Minister of State for HRD Ministry Ram Shankar Katheria has received salary for the month of November without even teaching in a single class at Agra's KM Institute affiliated to Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University. The MoS is a 'reader' at the institute.
