Shiela Dikshit Government in Delhi has come under fire from the Comptroller And Auditor General which has expressed concern over issuing provisional regularization certificates to over 1,639 unauthorized colonies ahead of assembly polls in 2008.
The CAG report, currently awaiting the Delhi government's response, questions almost every aspect of the Sheila Dikshit government's efforts to regularize 895 unauthorized colonies.
