LUCKNOW: Giving IAS officer Durga Shakti Nagpal's case the ugliest spin yet, UP's cabinet minister for health Ahmad Hasan on Tuesday launched a bitter invective against Nagpal and called her "immature," saying she failed to discharge her duties and that her actions discredited and dishonoured the entire IAS lobby.
