NewsX: Panchayat elections in Andhra Pradesh

NewsX: All arrangements are completed for the first phase of the panchayat polls. Election Commission has decided to use old ballot boxes. Polling will start from 7 A.M. and end at 2 P.M. The result will be out at 5 P.M.
