NewsX: RSS worker files an FIR against Digvijya Singh

NewsX: An FIR has been filed against Congress leader Digvijaya Singh for comparing sacked Madhya Pradesh Finance minister Raghavji with a Hindu god. The FIR was registered in Shahpura Police Station in Bhopal following a complaint by an RSS worker who has alleged that the tweet hurt the religious sentiments. Digvijay had posted the tweet a few days after Raghavji was arrested following allegation of sexual assault levelled by his servant.
Singh's comment had led to wide scale protests from political outfits like the Hindu Mahasabha. They alleged that he made an objectionable reference to Hindu god Rama by linking him to Raghavji who has been arrested for sexual harassment.
