Accused of graft by Army Chief V K Singh, Retired Tejinder Singh filed a criminal defamation case against him, and four others before a trial court. On Tuesday, a CBI team also met the Army Chief asking him to file a complaint that he was indeed had offered Rs 14 crore as bribe. The CBI meanwhile has asked Gen V K Singh for a formal complaint and details of conversation. The preliminary inquiry is likely to be filed as soon as formal complaint received.
