Lauding the people of Bihar for reposing their faith in the grand alliance, former chief minister Rabri Devi on Sunday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for failing to fulfill the promises made to the nation. “I would give the credit of the victory to the people of Bihar. It was a close contest, but the people have given their verdict,” she said.
