News X: Earlier, I & B minister Manish Tiwari targeted BJP for criticizing govt's proposal on CBI autonomy. He says BJP leaders have time to criticize the proposal which is still in the draft stage but have no time to visit Uttarakhand after the tragedy.To that allegation Sushma Swaraj replies that they did not go to Uttarakhand because Home Minister made a public statement that leaders' visits will hamper the rescue effort.Sushma says she wants accountability enforced in the Uttarakhand tragedy and will not allow the Cong govt in that state the escape route to hide their failures merely because they call it politically motivated.
