NewsX: Ankeet Chavan's interim bail ended today and he is back in judicial custody. Chavan had been granted conditional bail so he could be back home for his wedding on June 2. Chavan surrendered in court today and has been sent to judicial custody till June 18th. The tainted player however, has applied for regular bail under MCOCA. His bail will come up for hearing tomorrow, Ankeet Chavan's Brother, Nihar Chavan and lawyer both spoke to NewsX claiming Ankeet's innocence and calling all charges against him 'baseless'.
