Major victory for New Delhi's back door diplomacy. The two Italian Marines accused of killing two Indian fishermen while on anti-piracy duty are returning to Delhi today by about 12noon by an Italian military aircraft. The aircraft took off from Brindisi in South Italy about 1:30 am. It will halt in the UAE for refuelling, and then proceed to Delhi. The Marines will report to the Chanakyapuri police station upon arrival.
