Lanka issue: DMK leaders to meet President

Senior DMK leader T R Baalu is expected to reach Delhi around 10:30 tonight. Party MPs in Chennai say he could meet the President shortly afterwards to submit the party's letter announcing the pullout from the government. The DMK's decision follows an entire day of flip-flops during which the party indicated that it may not go through with its threat.
