Adhikar rally: Crowd of lakhs turn up at Ramlila Maidan

It was literally a sea of humanity at Delhi's Ramlila grounds as thousands turned out to show support to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar at his rally. Rough estimates suggest around 60,000 people and more were present at the rally. Delhi itself is home to approximately 40 lakh people of Bihari origins. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made his foray into national politics in the run up to the next General Elections in a massive show of strength in the capital today. Nitish Kumar's rally at the Ramlila Maidan was a part of his series of Adhikar Rallies meant to seek Centre's nod to the appeal for special status to Bihar.
