Congress to organise 'Bharat Bachao' rally at Ramlila Maidan amid CAB protests

Preparations are on full swing at Ramlila Maidan where Congress will organise 'Bharat Bachao' rally on Dec 14. Congress will impress upon the Assam unrest over Citizenship Amendment Act. CAB has triggered protests across the country especially in the Northeast. According to the official notification, Citizenship Amendment Act will not be applicable to the Tribal areas of Assam, Meghalaya and Tripura as included in the sixth scheduled of the Constitution and area covered under Inner Line Permit.
