Postal service's flaw, Aadhar cards found lying in dustbin

Its an ITV exclusive, for all of you still waiting for your aadhar UID card, here is an eye opener. The cards meant for the postal department to be delivered at the doorstep are now landing in dustbins. Our sister channel India News found out that some brokers are picking up these aadhar cards from the post office and handing over to the allottees for a fee. For all the allottees who have changed their residences, these brokers are not even caring to find them and are simply dumping the cards in the dustbins.
